SENCITY FESTIVAL

I was asked to design a new identity for Sencity Festival in Tivoli, Utrecht, a music festival where you can use all of your senses. They asked me to define a new style for their festival and i started with designing the new poster. The festival is centered on making music availabe for everyone, even if you're deaf or hard-hearing! I featured a lot of senses in the poster: the hands for sign language, the smoke for smell, the eyes for sight and transforming colors and dancers for movement and the feeling that music can give you. The rest of the identity I centered around this poster, using assets from the poster like the hands and gradients for the rest of the style. I also used a halftone effect to signify the pattern of braille and an art-nouveau inspired type to make everything look more dreamy and flowing.
